Katie is a producer, director and development producer specialising in historical documentaries with human stories at their heart.   With thirteen years' broadcast experience working on high profile productions for platforms including  BBC, Channel 4, Netflix, Nat Geo and Discovery, Katie has worked across all stages of the production process from successful development projects through to the final edit. She is highly experienced in setting up, directing and filming for broadcast, and she often takes her stills camera along the way, photographing moments both at home and on the road.   Katie is a director of Brown Bear Films Ltd.
